This Foundational Manifesto was signed on the 6th day of January 1988, after a period of silence in accordance with the established traditional norms of the Rosicrucian Order. The nature of this document is the awakening of the Rosicrucian Order into its current cycle of activity.
The document corresponds to the Rosicrucian Tradition as it is explained in the book "Fama Fraternitatis". It is signed by initiates of high degree in different authentic and traditional schools and Orders whose distinctive signs and symbols of degree appear on the document.
